VDH58 / 68 series board program upgrading is the same, here with VDH68 as the column.
1, Upgrade the preparatory work
- VDH68 Plate card (plate card without any issues)
- Computer
- 12V power adapter
- USB upgrading tool
- Program firmware (e. g., VDH68.BIN)
2, Install the upgrading drive
Note: Install Driver at the first time.
1)Open the folder as shown in Figure 2-1, and select the corresponding driver package of the computer for installation.

2) Follow steps 1-4 in Figure 2-2 to complete the installation and upgrading driver.

2)Check whether the driver is successfully installed. See Figure 2-3, go to “Device Manager” (USB burner has been connected to the computer), and check the device.

3, Upgrading program
3.1 Take precautions
If the power supply is a PIN holder, check the position and direction of the power supply holder.
The serial port definition on the two PIN seats on the upgrading tool is different. Please connect carefully. Wrong insertion may damage the card.
3.2 Preliminary understanding of board card tools
1.In order to easily complete the work, we need to have a preliminary understanding of the board card and upgrading tools. Figure 3-1.

3.3 Upgrading steps and phenomena
1) Unpress the program to be burned to the local computer.
Connect the USB upgrading tool to the computer according to the red letter in Figure 3-2, and the upgrading tool is connected to the drive board card through the line or VGA wire (full pin) on the PIN seat: the upgrading tool corresponds to the card, TXD connection SDA, RXD connection SCL, GND connection GND, VCC (5V or 3.3V) is not connected.
2) Board card electricity. Open the ISP software, click the upper software button Config pop-up box as shown in Figure 3-3, check the red box option, and adjust the download speed of the program.

3) Click the button Connect after inserting the power supply. If the box is popped up, as shown in Figure 3-4, the connection is successful

4) Click the button AUTO pop-up box and change the left option in Figure 3-5.

5) Click the upper software button Read pop-up box, click the Read button below to find the program to download click Open as shown in Figure 3-6.

6) After a successful connection, click the button Run or press the keyboard return key or press the shortcut key ctrl + r to start the download program as shown in Figure 3-7.

7) If the pop-up box in Figure 3-8 indicates that the program is successfully downloaded.

4, Burn the failure problem and solutions
1) The upgrading tool is not connected to the upper card (see shown)
Possible reason: In Step 2, the contact between the computer and the upgrading tool is poor, and the contact between the board card and the upgrading tool is poor. Replug the connection.
In step 3, speed, the tuning is too big to reduce the speed.
The line between the upgrading tool and the card is wrong, and the cable is rewired again as defined (the screen mark on the card and the upgrading tool). If the card is not connected, replug the power cable or replace the power cable.
If the individual board card fails to burn, the board card may be bad, need to be returned to the factory for maintenance.
2) The computer dies, and the keys do not respond
Replug the interface between the upgrading tool and the computer.
3) The file is too large
If the window shown in the following figure is displayed, click OK, ignore, and continue to burn.
