With over 15 years of industry experience, they excel at transforming ideas into reliable, high-performance solutions.

The rest of the tech team covers all the bases too. There are engineers and their assistants who dive into the details of product design, making sure each touchscreen or all-in-one PC works smoothly. The drafter turns ideas into clear technical drawings, so everyone – from the team to the production department – knows exactly what to do. There’s also a member in charge of sourcing materials; they pick the right parts to keep our products reliable. And we have after-sales technical engineers who stick around even after you get the product, ready to help if you run into any issues.
