Our heartwarming corporate culture

We have heard of  product launches, social events, product development etc. But here is a story of love, distance and reuniting, with the help of a kind heart and a generous Boss.

Imagine being away from your significant other for almost 3 years due to a combination of work and a pandemic. And to top it all, being a foreigner. That’s the story of one of the worker at CJTouch Electronics. “Having the best group of people; wonderful colleagues who are to me like a second family. Making the working environment vibrant, fun and lively”. All these made him and his stay both in the company and the country very smooth. Or so most of his colleagues thought.

But it didn’t take much time for the BOSS, with his great insight and deep care for the well being of all his workers, to figure out this colleague was not completely happy. The Boss, concern with this, he had some extra task in his “To do list” in addition to running the company. Some might ask ask but why?. But if you have been reading within the lines, you would know why already.

So, ON came the detective hat and the beginning of an investigation. He began smartly asking those closest to him  of some of his personal plans and later found out it was something to with matters of the heart.

With this information, the case have been cracked open and 70% solved. Yes, 70%, because the Boss did not stop there. After learning of the marriage plans, which was in the heart of a pandemic outbreak, he proceeded to make plans for a sponsored trip for his worker to reunite with his significant other.

Fast forward. They recently said their “I DOs” and you can see their happiness writing all over the photo.

What can be taken away from this?. Well, firstly, that the company cares about the mental state and happiness of it workers, which in term will be projected in their overall performances. And by extension, this is how much care we can put in, in every project from our clients.

Secondly, a great working atmosphere provided by the colleagues who made him feel at home far from home.

lastly, we can see the quality of the management; someone who will go an extra length as the head of the company not only just concern with his workers, but actively participating in getting the issue resolved by not only sponsoring his trip, but also a paid leave of absence.
